Lady Lizard
Metal, Stoner Rock

BIOGRAPHY
Lady Lizard is a fiery four-piece hailing from the small yet vibrant Mediterranean island of Malta. Known for their raw, unapologetic energy, the band crafts a unique sonic identity by fusing the crushing, slow-burning heaviness of sludge with the groovy, fuzz-soaked riffs of stoner and desert rock. Their sound is a hypnotic collision of distorted chaos and infectious rhythm, creating a powerful blend that stands unparalleled in their local scene.
Drawing inspiration from the grit of the underground and the vastness of the desert, Lady Lizard takes listeners on a mind-bending journey through thick, immersive soundscapes. With every riff, they channel a primal energy that captivates the soul, leaving audiences craving more of their intoxicating grooves and relentless drive. This is stoner-sludge at its most innovative, unapologetically loud, and undeniably magnetic.
Formed in September 2015, the band comprises Kurt Pace on guitar, Malcolm Alden on vocals, Justin 'Bazaz' Borg on bass, and Max Vassallo on drums.
Lady Lizard has made significant strides in the Maltese music scene, performing at notable events such as the Farsons Beer Festival in 2019 and the SoundArt Festival Malta in 2020.
